Adams County Transportation Program

Adams County's public transport is run by Community Action Partnership of Mid-Nebraska as part of its RYDE network, and reaches beyond Hastings to the smaller villages of Ayr, Roseland, Holstein, Kenesaw and Juniata, which are covered on demand as vehicles allow. In Hastings itself the office works Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Fares were three dollars for a one-way journey within town and eight dollars one way beyond it. Rides should be arranged at least a day ahead, after which dispatch telephones back with a pickup time.
