Rosedale is a ghost town in Boyd County, Nebraska. It was a rural settlement in eastern Boyd County northeast of Bristow.
History
Rosedale (also spelled Rosedahl or Rosendahl) had its first school in autumn 1891. The Rosedale Evangelical Covenant Church was organized northeast of Bristow in 1891 and met in a schoolhouse until its church was built in 1899. A post office operated from 1898 to 1903; NEGenWeb says Rosedale was discontinued as a town in 1905 when a rural mail route began out of Spencer.
