Rogers is a village in Colfax County, Nebraska, along US Highway 30 east of Schuyler. It was platted in 1886 and incorporated as a village in 1894, reportedly named for a Union Pacific Railroad official, though the specific individual has not been confirmed in available sources. Rogers is the birthplace of Fred Wigington, a minor-league baseball pitcher who made a brief appearance for the St. Louis Cardinals in 1923. As of the 2020 census, Rogers had a population of 82.
