St. Libory is an unincorporated community in Howard County, Nebraska, about 11 miles southeast of the county seat, St. Paul. It grew up around the Union Pacific Railroad's extension into the area, and its first post office was established in 1878. The community is named after St. Libory, Illinois.

The 2020 census recorded 241 residents. Though unincorporated, St. Libory functions as a census-designated place, maintains its own post office, and is locally known for its fresh melon market. On May 17, 2026, an EF3 tornado struck just north of the community, causing significant damage to at least three homes.
