WoodSpring Suites

WoodSpring Suites traces its roots to 2003, when it was founded as Value Place by Jack DeBoer, who also founded Residence Inn and Candlewood Suites. The brand was renamed WoodSpring Suites in 2015 and was acquired by Choice Hotels in December 2017 for approximately $231 million, growing to 256 hotels and more than 30,000 rooms by the end of 2024. This Lincoln, Nebraska location operates under the national brand.
