Woods Aitken is a law firm founded in Lincoln in 1921 as Woods, Woods & Aitken by Thomas C. Woods and William I. Aitken, who served together in the Army's Field Artillery in World War I and then attended Harvard Law School. Its roots go back to the predecessor firm Hall, Woods & Pound (1903-1907). The firm marked its 100th anniversary in 2021 and has grown from Lincoln to offices in Omaha, Denver and Washington, D.C.
