The Webster County Fair and Rodeo is held at 459 Crescent Street in Bladen over three days in late July, and packs a great deal into them. There is rodeo all three nights at 7:30 with bareback, bronc, bull riding, barrel racing, breakaway and team roping, a wild cow race every night, a beer garden, the D.C. Lynch carnival, and a demolition derby on the Saturday afternoon. Thursday brings a free beef barbecue and Friday a free pork barbecue, with Friday also run as Pink Night for cancer fundraising. The 2027 fair is set for July 22 to 24.
