Wayne County Fairgrounds is the county fairground for Wayne County, at 301 Pheasant Run in Wayne. Like most Nebraska fairgrounds it is owned by the county agricultural society and is in use well beyond fair week — rodeos, horse shows, tractor pulls, sales and community events. The 4-H side of the county fair is run by Nebraska Extension in Wayne County, which handles entries, livestock identification and the certification a young person needs before showing an animal.
