A barbecue pub on West Norfolk Avenue in Norfolk, opened in 2016 by Jared and Alyssa Rodgers — Jared moved into it from competition barbecue and from a Thursday special he ran at the family filling station in Hadar. Brisket, pulled pork and ribs in his own prize-winning sauce, smoked prime rib on Friday and Saturday nights, sides of beans and macaroni salad, and draft beer.
