A locally owned sports bar in Bennington, open since 2010, with a kitchen that does the work itself: wings made from scratch, brisket smoked in-house, chicken and pork hand-breaded rather than bought in. That is a real distinction on a street where most rooms open the freezer. Bennington sits on the northwest edge of Omaha above Papillion Creek and has grown fast with the metro.
