Two walls survive of a dry-stone corral built about 1876 beside the Texas cattle trail, on NE 61 north of Imperial. Texas herds crossed Chase County on the way north to Ogallala in the 1870s and 1880s, watering at Stinking Water Creek. The corral was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on December 9, 2002. View from the road.
