Description

St. Paul City Hall is the municipal office for St. Paul, Nebraska, at 704 6th Street. St. Paul is the county seat of Howard County, population 2,416. Founded 1871 by surveyor brothers James N. and Nicholas J. Paul, who brought the county's first settlers in March 1871.
