Sideshow Spirits

Sideshow Spirits is Lincoln's only distillery and the city's first in nearly 100 years. It opened on September 30, 2020, inside Boombox Social at 1630 P St., which also houses a speakeasy, and is owned by Kinkaider Brewing Co., with Cody Schmick as co-owner and managing partner. It makes more than 30 house spirits, including vodka, gin, whiskey and rum, plus canned and kegged cocktails. In August 2026, in its first national competition, it won gold in all three categories it entered at the North American Bourbon and Whiskey Competition, including for a bourbon made with 100% Nebraska corn.
