Sanwick Remodeling Contractors, Inc. was started in Omaha in March 2000 by Todd and Lisa Sanwick, who left another local remodeling firm to work for themselves; their first job was a neighbor's bathroom. The company concentrates on whole-house residential remodels and large-scale additions, with some light commercial work alongside them, and by its twentieth anniversary had completed nearly eight hundred projects, including twenty-two for a single repeat client. The firm keeps its own carpentry crew together with an estimator, field superintendent and office manager, and kept every employee on the payroll through the 2008 downturn. Telephone 402-697-9300.
