Otoe County Driver License Office

The Otoe County Driver License Office is run by the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles at Courthouse, 1021 Central Ave, Nebraska City. It is open every Monday, 8:00 - 12:00, 1:00 - 4:00. Drive tests are not given between 11:40 AM and 12:30 PM, or after 4:00 PM. CDL skills tests are not given here. Business handled here includes new, renewal and replacement driver's licenses, state ID cards, learner's permits, school and farm permits, and written knowledge and drive tests. Vehicle titles and registration are a separate matter, handled by the Otoe County Treasurer at 1021 Central Avenue, PO Box 723, telephone 402-873-9510 - not at this office.
