The administration office for O'Neill Public Schools, at the corner of 4th and E. Hynes Avenue. District offices moved here from 410 E. Benton, which now houses county offices.

The building is the old O'Neill armory. After the National Guard gave up the building, it was turned over to the school district, which now uses it for its district offices. Locally it is still known as the Armory.

This is the office for district business — enrollment, records, the superintendent and the school board. The schools themselves are listed separately: the Junior-Senior High School is east of here on E. Hynes, and the Elementary School and Preschool is north on N. 4th Street.
