Northeast Community College's main campus is located at 801 East Benjamin Avenue in Norfolk, Nebraska. Founded in 1973 through the merger of Northeastern Nebraska College and Northeast Nebraska Technical College, the school serves roughly 2,400 students with programs spanning liberal arts and sciences, health and medical preparatory fields, teacher education, electrical and power transmission technology, and business administration.
The Norfolk campus is also home to the J. Paul and Eleanor McIntosh College of Nursing, established in 2010 in partnership with the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In addition to Norfolk, Northeast Community College operates campuses in West Point, South Sioux City, and O'Neill.
