Nichols Landing is the Nebraska Game and Parks river landing at Smith Falls State Park, on the north side of the park just east of the campground, on the Niobrara National Scenic River. Floaters stop here to walk about 300 yards to Smith Falls, at 63 feet the tallest waterfall in Nebraska.

The landing has a canoe and kayak launch, park entry permits for sale, an information kiosk, parking for cars and RVs, restrooms, showers and trash cans. A Nebraska park entry permit is required.
