The Nance County Fair is held at 406 North Ida in Fullerton in mid-July and reached its 107th annual edition in 2026, under the tagline Back to Where Traditions Begin. Carnival admission is free, paid for by local business sponsorship. For a county this size the closing act is remarkable: a national touring country bill on the Sunday. Through the week come a rough stock rodeo with a rodeo clown, NeFigure8 racing, a demolition derby carrying a payout near 14,000 dollars, swine, sheep, goat, poultry, rabbit and beef shows with a celebrity showdown, gem mining, caricatures, a pedal tractor pull, goat roping, a small animal pet show and team penning.
