Muel Hardware in Scribner is the former Hoge Hardware, taken over by Clay and Michaela Mueller in November 2024. The range is unusual for a small-town hardware store: alongside hardware and plumbing supplies it is a full major appliance dealer carrying LG, Speed Queen, Crosley, Samsung, GE, Frigidaire, Whirlpool and Maytag, plus window coverings and Exmark lawn mowers, and it services what it sells.
