Mosaic’s Axtell campus, 1044 23rd Road on the hill north of Axtell, serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It began as Bethphage Mission, founded in 1913 by Rev. K. G. William Dahl; its Swedish-style buildings of 1916–1951 are on the National Register. Phone (308) 743-2401.
