Monarch Mini Storage is an independently owned facility on West 6th Street in Papillion and a member of the Nebraska Self Storage Owners Association. It occupies the western end of 6th Street, a short distance from the older center of Papillion and the parks along Papillion Creek. Independent operators are increasingly rare in Sarpy County, where the national chains hold most of the newer sites.
