Midwest Meat Company

Midwest Meat Company is a meat locker and custom processing plant at 1150 33 Road in Minden, in Kearney County. It does custom cutting and wrapping, slaughters livestock on site, cures and smokes meat, and takes in wild game and deer. The plant is USDA inspected. A locker doing custom work cuts and wraps an animal to the owner’s order rather than selling the meat itself, which is what a buyer needs after purchasing a half or whole carcass from a farm.
