This store serves Alliance, Box Butte County. Maverik trades under the line Adventure's First Stop and is one of the largest privately owned convenience chains in the country, running around 755 stores across 21 states from its base in Utah. It doubled in size in August 2023 by buying Kum & Go, and finished converting those stores to the Maverik brand in late 2025 - so a Maverik in Nebraska is often a former Kum & Go. The stores lean on their own hot-food program, with breakfast burritos, pizza and fresh food made in store, alongside fuel, coffee and a large drinks range, and the chain's outdoor-adventure branding is aimed squarely at travelers.
