Loup Park, on the north and west shores of Lake Babcock 3 miles north of Columbus (48th Avenue, then east on Lakeview Road), is a 31-acre Loup Power District park with free electric and primitive camping, summer restrooms, a playground and the paved Two Lakes Trail to Lake North. Open May 1 to November 1; 7-day limit in any 30; no dump station or water hookups.
