Legion Park, 2301 Legion Park Rd. in Sidney, has the Legion and Kiwanis ball fields, a kids' fishing pond, a skate park, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, shelters, a gazebo, the Angel of Hope memorial garden, a war memorial, and the arboretum and Deadwood trails (2.85 miles). The city aquatic center, opened in 2016, has a competition pool, a zero-depth leisure pool, a lazy river and slides. Gold Rush Days is held here each June.
