Howard County Driver License Office

The Howard County Driver License Office is run by the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles at Courthouse, 612 Indian St, St. Paul. It is open every Wednesday, 9:00 - 12:00, 1:00 - 4:30. Drive tests are not given between 11:40 AM and 1:00 PM, or after 4:00 PM. CDL skills tests are not given here. Business handled here includes new, renewal and replacement driver's licenses, state ID cards, learner's permits, school and farm permits, and written knowledge and drive tests. Vehicle titles and registration are a separate matter, handled by the Howard County Treasurer at 612 Indian, Suite 9, telephone 308-754-4852 - not at this office.
