Hall County Fairgrounds is the county fairground for Hall County, at 700 E Stolley Park Rd in Grand Island. It is generally known locally as Fonner Park. Like most Nebraska fairgrounds it is owned by the county agricultural society and is in use well beyond fair week — rodeos, horse shows, tractor pulls, sales and community events. The 4-H side of the county fair is run by Nebraska Extension in Hall County, which handles entries, livestock identification and the certification a young person needs before showing an animal.
