Fort Knox Campground sits on ten acres at 46377 Highway 96, about two miles from Calamus Lake and its marina, in Garfield County.
It has full hookups with 30 and 50 amp service, sites running from 32 by 100 feet up to 65 by 100, and a fire ring and picnic table at each. Campers are available to rent for those arriving without one. The season runs from 1 April to 31 October, with both nightly stays and seasonal leases.
It is run by Tom and Jessica Messenger. Tom grew up at Burwell, and the campground takes its name from their children, Kiptyn and Knox.
