Endicott Clay Products has made brick from the Dakota clay near Endicott since 1920, when the Fairchild family started the business. The plant, at 57120 707th Rd., across the Little Blue River south of the village and about 2 miles west, makes face brick, pavers and thin brick and tile, fires some of it in beehive kilns, and employs about 300 people. Its brick has gone across North America and into Memorial Stadium in Lincoln. It is a working plant; no public tours are advertised. Phone 402-729-3315.
