The Republican River Bridge, on a county road about 1 mile east and 1½ miles south of Riverton, was built in 1911 by the Empire Bridge Co. of Falls City with Cambria steel: two pin-connected Pratt through-truss spans, 322 feet overall. It is a well-preserved example of its type and was listed on the National Register in 1992.
