Inman City Park, also shown on maps as Inman Town Park, is the village park of Inman, on the block between Maple Street and Main Street, from 2nd Street south to 3rd Street, one block south of Harte's Pub. It is a big mowed lawn with shade trees and old-fashioned playground equipment: swing sets, a train-shaped climber, a dome climber, a jungle gym, a merry-go-round and a spring rider. A covered picnic shelter with tables sits under a large shade tree, and a fenced basketball court and the metal community building stand on the Main Street side of the park.
The park is a few blocks south of the Cowboy Trail, which crosses Main Street on the north side of town at about trail mile 71.7. Cowboy Trail guides list it as a primitive camping stop for trail users. O'Neill is about 9 trail miles west and Ewing about 14 trail miles east.
Nearby: the small log structure known locally as the original Holt County courthouse stands just north of the Inman post office.
