Story was a rural post office in the northwestern corner of Sioux County and of Nebraska, about 17 miles north of Harrison, 6 miles east of the Wyoming line and 5 miles south of South Dakota.
History
The post office was named for Solomon R. Story, an early postmaster, and served ranch families from 1891 to 1935. Nothing of it is known to remain.
