Brownville Flea Market — Twice Yearly Since 1957
Brownville, a historic Missouri River town of about 142 people and Nemaha County's original county seat, hosts one of Nebraska's longest-running community flea markets. Organized by the Brownville Historical Society every year since 1957, the market spreads across Main Street, the side streets, and the Depot and old gas station areas of the historic village, with vendors offering antiques, plants, food, home-spun items, tools, art, and furniture. Admission is free.
2026 Schedule
Spring Flea Market: Saturday, May 23 (8:00 AM) through Monday, May 25 (3:30 PM) — Memorial Day weekend.
Fall Flea Market: Saturday–Sunday, September 26–27, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM both days.
