Nebraska's Unlikely BBQ Destination
Winnetoon has a population of around 47 people. Every August, nearly 1,000 of them show up — from across Nebraska and beyond — for the Winnetoon BBQ. Free food, live music, a parade, and raffle prizes make this one of the most remarkable small-town events in the state.
