Willow Creek State Recreation Area

Willow Creek State Recreation Area at 54876 852 Rd, 1.5 miles southwest of Pierce, covers 1,633 acres around a 700-acre flood-control reservoir built in 1982 with the Lower Elkhorn NRD. Willow Way Campground has 165 electric sites plus basic sites, there is equestrian camping with pens, and an 8-mile limestone trail serves hikers and riders. A park entry permit is required; reserve campsites at 1-844-637-2757.
