Twin Loups Quality Meats

Twin Loups Quality Meats is a meat locker, butcher counter and custom processing plant at 805 Howard Avenue in St. Paul, in Howard County. It does custom cutting and wrapping, slaughters livestock on site, and is USDA inspected, and it sells over the counter as well as packaging beef by the quarter or side. The plant appears in the federal inspection register under its establishment name, Havlik’s Locker Plant. Custom work is done on the customer’s own animal: the buyer arranges the purchase with a farmer, and the locker handles the killing, cutting, curing and wrapping to order.
