The Sagebrush at 615 East 3rd Street in Kimball is a restaurant, lounge and event hall in one, family owned and established in 2020 in the former Kimball Event Center, with room for up to 400 guests for weddings, dances, meetings and fundraisers, a party coordinator and catering and DJ packages. The kitchen runs a different special every night: cook’s choice Monday and Thursday, taco Tuesday, homemade chicken alfredo Wednesday and a prime rib dinner Friday, alongside sirloin dinners, the Rodeo and Whiskey burgers, chicken fried steak, fish taco salad and old-fashioned bread pudding, with gluten-free and vegan menus.
