Schacht Abstract and Title Co. works from 420 Main Street in downtown Neligh, sharing the building with Arrowhead Realty and Appraisal, so a property sale and the title work behind it can be handled in one stop. The company prepares and continues abstracts of title and handles title insurance and closing paperwork for farm ground, acreages and town property across Antelope County. It holds a Certificate of Authority from the Nebraska Abstracters Board of Examiners for Antelope County, the authorisation every abstracter must hold county by county, and is a member of the American Land Title Association.
