Sapp Bros Truck Stop — Odessa

This travel center serves Odessa, Buffalo County. Sapp Bros. is an Omaha company, founded by four brothers around 1971 and still family-run, with a giant coffee-pot water tower over its home travel center that has been an Interstate 80 landmark for half a century. It runs eighteen travel centers across the Midwest. A Sapp Bros. stop is built for professional drivers as much as for motorists: diesel and gasoline, truck scales, showers and what the company calls its Mom Approved Restrooms, and a repair shop with ASE-certified technicians handling tires, oil changes and axle work. The restaurants are the company's own - Apple Barrel, Burrito Bros and Coffee Kettle - and fuel, shop, service and restaurant purchases all earn points on one rewards card.
