Red Cloud City Hall

Red Cloud City Hall is the municipal office for Red Cloud, Nebraska, at 540 North Webster Street. Red Cloud is the county seat of Webster County, population 962. Hometown of author Willa Cather; the National Willa Cather Center and Red Cloud Opera House draw nearly 10,000 visitors a year. The city owns and operates its own power plant, which distributes electricity, along with water and wastewater service to homes and businesses. Municipal facilities include the Auld Public Library, Red Cloud Community Center, municipal swimming pool, recycling center, compost site and Buster-Lewis Field municipal airport.
