Madison Square Cemetery is reached by heading west of Taylor on Highway 91 about five miles, then west on Madison Square Road about five miles; the cemetery is on the south side of the road.
It stands on the northeast corner of section 28-21-19 and was probably established later than the Taylor and Kent grounds. Among the oldest marked graves are James Cheeseman, 1828 to 1895, and two young children of Fred and Vina Cook.
Around 404 memorials have been recorded, which is a record of what has been photographed and indexed rather than a count of everyone buried there.
