Highland Cemetery — Chadron

Highland Cemetery lies a few miles east of Chadron.

It should not be confused with Highland Center Cemetery, which is a different burial ground some fifteen miles to the south-west, despite the similar name and an adjacent index number.

Around 23 memorials have been recorded, which is a record of what has been photographed and indexed rather than a count of everyone buried there.

For burial records or plot enquiries, contact the City of Chadron, or the Dawes County Clerk in Chadron. Ownership can also be confirmed through the Nebraska Statewide Cemetery Registry at the State Historical Society.
