Hair Port is a hair salon at 307 South Jefferson Street in O'Neill, Holt County. O'Neill is the seat of Holt County and calls itself the Irish Capital of Nebraska, with the world's largest shamrock painted at the junction of US Highways 20, 275 and 281.
