Educational Service Unit 2

Educational Service Unit 2 is one of the seventeen Nebraska education service units, based at 2320 N Colorado Ave in Fremont. Nebraska ESUs exist to give school districts what no single district could afford alone: special education staff and therapists, technology and network support, distance learning, staff training, curriculum help, media and materials libraries, and shared purchasing. Member districts pay in and draw on the unit instead of hiring specialists of their own, which is a good part of why a small-town school can still offer speech therapy, a school psychologist or a fast connection.
