Cornish Cemetery lies about twenty-two miles south of Ainsworth, out in the Sandhills, in Brown County, Nebraska. The Brown County records say it was started in 1906 on land owned by the Cornish family, and that it has since been abandoned.
The ground is private property. Ask permission locally before visiting.
None of its memorials has been photographed and there are outstanding photo requests. Find a Grave holds 22 memorials for it, which is a record of what has been photographed and indexed rather than a count of everyone buried there.
For burial records or plot enquiries, contact the Brown County Clerk in Ainsworth.
