The city calls this McCook Public Transit and describes it plainly as a dial-a-ride system: there is no route and no stop, you telephone and a bus comes. Eligibility is refreshingly simple, in that there is none. Anyone regardless of age may ride, which sets it apart from the many Nebraska town services limited to older or disabled passengers.
