Alliance City Hall

Alliance City Hall is the municipal office for Alliance, Nebraska, at 324 Laramie Avenue. Alliance is the county seat of Box Butte County and the largest community in the northern Nebraska Panhandle. The city offices handle municipal administration, utility accounts, permits, licensing and city records, and house the mayor's office and the council chambers. Alliance grew as a railroad town and remains a major BNSF Railway division point on one of the busiest coal-hauling corridors in the country. Carhenge, a replica of Stonehenge built from vintage automobiles, stands just north of the city and draws visitors from around the world.
