I Don’t Care Bar & Cafe LLC

A bar and cafe on East Douglas Street in O’Neill, on the Highway 20 run through the middle of town. The name is its own joke and a good one for a place that does both halves of the trade. O’Neill is the Holt County seat and the Irish Capital of Nebraska, with the giant shamrock at the junction of Highways 20, 275 and 281, and the Cowboy Trail runs through the town.
