Hooligans Pub

A pub on East Douglas Street in O’Neill, on the Highway 20 run through the middle of town. O’Neill is the Holt County seat, the Irish Capital of Nebraska, and the main service town for a very large stretch of the north-central part of the state — a good place to stop if you are crossing on Highway 20 or coming down 281 from South Dakota. The Cowboy Trail passes through.
